สกุลไฟล์ .png / .psd ความละเอียด 300dpi ขนาดตามความเหมาะสมของงาน หากต้องการขนาดใดเป็นพิเศษ (เช่น ต้องการนำไปใช้พิมพ์โปสการ์ด ขนาด A6 ฯลฯ) สามารถแจ้งได้

ระบบการจองงาน ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถติดต่อนักวาดได้โดยตรงผ่านทางช่องทางการตามงานต่างๆ จะต้องส่งบรีฟภายใน 5 วัน หลังจากที่จองงาน หากไม่ส่งบรีฟภายในเวลาที่กำหนด จะถือว่าหลุดจอง โดยจะต้องกรอกแบบฟอร์มบรีฟ Personal Use และ Commercial Use รายละเอียดที่ควรทราบและข้อมูลทุกอย่างในการบรีฟจะอยู่ในแบบฟอร์ม

เมื่อส่งบรีฟแล้ว นักวาดจะส่งใบเสนอราคาให้

กรณีงานใช้ส่วนตัว เมื่อคอนเฟิร์มการสั่งงาน ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกได้ว่าจะได้มัดก่อน 50% หรือจ่ายเต็มจำนวน

กรณีงานใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ ลูกค้าจะต้องจ่ายเงินมัดจำงาน 20% ของราคาทั้งหมด จึงถือว่าเป็นการคอมเฟิร์มการสั่งงาน และจ่ายเงินอีก 80% เมื่องานเสร็จสมบูรณ์ หากลูกค้าต้องการยกเลิกงาน จะไม่มีการคืนเงินค่ามัดจำ กรุณาตัดสินใจให้ถี่ถ้วนก่อนจองงาน

สามารถผ่อนจ่ายได้ตามการตกลงกันระหว่างนักวาดและผู้ว่าจ้าง

ระยะเวลาในการทำงานต่อคิว งานฉากจะใช้เวลาอย่างน้อยประมาณ 1-2 เดือน ต่อคิว ส่วนงานวาดตัวละครใช้เวลาประมาณอย่างน้อย 1-2 อาทิตย์ต่อคิว อาจใช้เวลามากขึ้นหรือน้อยลงขึ้นอยู่กับรายละเอียดและสภาพจิตใจของนักวาด

กรณีงานใช้ส่วนตัว สามารถแก้งานได้ฟรี 3 ครั้ง หากแก้เกินจะมีการชาร์จราคาเพิ่ม 100 บาท

กรณีการใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์ สามารถแก้งานได้ฟรี 6 ครั้ง ขั้นตอนสเก็ตงานแก้ได้ 3 ครั้ง และขั้นตอนลงสี แก้ได้อีก 3 ครั้ง หากแก้เกินจะมีการชาร์จราคาเพิ่ม 200 บาท

หากเป็นงานเร่ง คิดราคาเพิ่ม 20% ของราคางานทั้งหมด

ขอบเขตในการใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์ ได้แก่ ปกนิยาย, สินค้า Goods / Merchandise, Vtuber BG, งานที่ใช้เพื่อโปรโมททุกประเภท และงานที่ใช้เพื่อแสวงหากำไร หากไม่แน่ใจว่างานเข้าข่ายเชิงพาณิชย์หรือไม่ สามารถสอบถามได้

การส่งงาน จะให้โหลดไฟล์งานทาง email และหากไฟล์มีขนาดใหญ่ จะมีการแนบลิ้งให้โหลดต่อใน google drive กรุณาโหลดไฟล์งานภายใน 2 เดือน เพราะนักวาดต้องเคลียร์ไฟล์ในไดร์ฟออกเสมอเนื่องจากพื้นที่ในไดรฟ์จะเต็ม

กรณีที่นักวาดต้องการยกเลิกงานในระหว่างทำ ถือเป็นความผิดของทางนักวาดเองที่ไม่สามารถรับผิดชอบงานได้ จะคืนเงินมัดจำทั้งหมด

ห้ามนำผลงานไปทำ NFT เด็ดขาด

ห้ามบุคคลอื่นนำงานคอมมิชชั่นไปรีโพสต์ยกเว้นนักวาดและผู้ว่าจ้าง

เวลาแอคทีพในการตอบ sns ของนักวาด อยู่ระหว่างช่วง บ่าย 2 - 3 ทุ่ม นอกเหนือเวลานี้อาจมีการตอบกลับช้า ไม่ตอบแชทหลังเที่ยงคืน

ขออนุญาตนำงานคอมมิชชั่นไปโพสโปรโมทในช่องทางการลงงาน เช่น Facebook / Twitter / IG และช่องทางอื่นๆเพื่อเป็นพอร์ท หากผู้ว่าจ้างไม่สะดวกสามารถแจ้งได้

ไม่อนุญาตให้นำงานไปให้ AI Generate เด็ดขาด

ไม่รับงานวาดปกนิยายที่ romanticize เนื้อหา problematic เช่น Rape / Non-con / Incest / Pedophilia แต่ถ้าเป็น kink เฉพาะทาง กรุณาสอบถามนักวาดก่อนที่จะจ้างงาน

Please carefully read the Terms of Service before making any commissions. If the commissioner breaks any terms of the agreement, the artist will not take any responsibility.

You will get .png/.psd file with a 300 dpi resolution will be sized according to the circumstances. If there's any special request you would like to make, please inform the artist (e.g., Postcard with A6 size)

If you'd like to make a reservation for a commission, please contact the artist directly via any related channels, including providing relevant details, within 5 days after making a reservation. Any reservation that does not include the details will be considered canceled. For the briefing, please fill in the form Personal Use and Commercial Use all relevant details and information will be included in the form.

After the briefing, the artist will send the invoice.

For personal use the commissioner can choose between making a deposit of 50% of the price or paying in full

For commercial use the commissioner will make a deposit of 20% of the price as confirmation and will pay the rest after the commission is completed.

The full price can be paid by installments according to an agreement between the artist and commissioner.

The time period for commissions : For background, the process will take 1-2 months/project, and For characters, the process will take 1-2 weeks/project. The process might be a bit shorter or longer depending on the details of each order and the physical and mental health of the artist.

For personal use, every commission can be revised up to 3 times. Any further revisions will be charged an extra 5$ /time.

For commercial use, every commission can be revised up to 6 times: 3 times during the sketch process and 3 times during the coloring process. Any further revisions will be charged an extra 8$ /time.

For urgent work, the price will be charged for 20%.

Any uses in Commercial use as novel covers, merchandise, goods, Vtuber backgrounds, and any sort of advertising will be considered commercial use. If you are unsure if the purpose of use is considered commercial or not, you can consult with the artist first.

To submit a completed commission, the file will be sent via email, and if the file is too big, a Google Drive link will be attached in an email. After 2 months, the file will be deleted from Google Drive, so please download the file within these 2 months.

If an artist can’t complete a commission, the full amount of money that the commissioner has paid will be refunded.

Any commission is PROHIBITED for use as N F T

No reposting allowed, except by the artist and commissioner.

The artist will actively respond between 8-9 pm (GMT + 7); at other times, the artist may not be actively responding; the artist will not respond to messages after midnight.

The artist will post commissioned work on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) for promotional purposes, but if the commissioner doesn't feel comfortable, please notify the artist.

If the commissioner doesn't allow the artist to post a commission, the artist will charge an extra 10% of the price.

Any commission is PROHIBITED for use in AI- generated works.

For a novel cover, the artist does NOT take any commissions with problematic content (Rape / Non-consensual sex / Incest / Pedophilia / etc.) For some kink, please directly consult with the artist.
